Bajaj Electronics — Delivery of air conditioner

I have purchased a Videocon Air conditioner vide invoice No. 1215/17/5-2046 dated 16.04.201 at the time of purchase it has been informed that, delivery and installation will be made within three days. but till the time it has not been delivered and installed.

Even several time follow ups with the concerns, no proper reply was given.

The proper action may be taken and justification to be provided along with the penalty to the mental tensions and damage caused to me.
