Bajaj Electronics — food processor not fixed by bajaj service center | |||
I have complained 5 times in last 3 months, to fix my food processor model bajaj platini fx-1000, but every time they say parts not available. The portion of food processor that rotates the jars have some fault and i am unable to use it. If you sell a food processor, and that model is still available on online sites, but you are not able to provide me with parts, that is very poor after sales service. Is this the type of after sales service i should expect from bajaj? I had high regards for your company, but now i will never use any bajaj product. Was this information helpful? | |||
