I have purchase samsung ac - 3 star split model, at bajaj electronics kompally branch, on 21 april 2018, and delivered on 25 april 2018. But the product found to be defective (Damaged outdoor goods), i came to know the issue when samsung service technician people came and open. So i told not to install, instead i have noticed the same to sales executive at this branch kiran, he was told that it will be taken back on 27 april 2018. 5 days past still no one came from samsung bajaj electronics stores to pickup the defective goods and bring back the new peice. He told that they will deliver the new product today. But still didn't receive any response from them. Invoice: 1222/18/s[protected] at bajaj electronics at kompally, near suchitra, hyderabad. Can someone from samsung sales and customer service should look into this issue and deliver the right product asap. Also ensure that the ac install should be finished asap.
