We purchased kenstar hercules cooler the one with remote model from bajaj electronics, chandanagar hyderabad on 19th march 2020, but today that is on 26th march 2020 it automatically stopped working. It's not even taking power. We checked with the power supply.

We paid 11600 rs but it hardly worked for only 1 week. We are very disappointed with this.

What is the use if the product is like this, i want the replacement.

We tried to contact customer support, I didn't get any proper reply inspite of that they shouted on me and they are playing games I recorded the call and asking me to pay amount for replacement

Sorry I didn't get any support or call from your customer service people. We called them today.

I want to raise a complaint against the persons who Spoken to use and below are reasons for that

. We are not able to hear properly sorroundings are very noisy.
2. Inspite of that I asked to repeat again they are shouting on me
3. And wantedly they are playing the call is forwarded and that particular person is repeatedly saying that *are you able to hear* in hindi again and again for 10 minutes
4. They are asked to pay amount for replacement, I am asking how much to be paid they is no response.
5. Inspite of selecting option for English why call is transferred to hindi people and why these people are not talking or not forwarding the call to English one
