Bajaj Electronics — lg air conditioner

I had purchased lg air conditioner on 5th of august and i had paid the amount.

The agent told me ac will be delivered in 4 working days but 9 working days passed away and i have not received my air conditioner yet, and the agent is not picking my phone call.

Is this the way you treat customers, i ever had such kind of worst experience.

Please do help me on this.
