Dear Customer care, For your kind information we buy Water purifier at Bajaj Showroom Santosh nagar on 01/10/2019. As per agreement Filter candles will be replaced free for one year, Due to COVID-19 lockdown one candle not changed and now customer care telling once we missed it can’t be replaced. Whole world is effected with this pandemic not only us. Please follow up this issue so that we can renew once this done. Please find the details below with attachment.
