Bajaj Electronics — My product is in guarantee but unable to repair | |||||
Sir, I had purchased juicer mixer. Model is jex 15 .I had launched a complaint twice at customer care. In first first complaints after launching complaint I person had came. And he told me that you motor has to replace. And he went without replacing and told me that with in some days.. i had waited for 7 days but no one came..but next day I got message that your complaint has been resolved. Now I again called customer service he told me that again I am launching complaint. .. After 4 days that person came and try to open and he opened that juicer but unable to replace that motor in juicer... He told me that I have big equipment at my centre..With that I can replace motor easily. so he told me that I will take this juicer and give u tomorrow after replacing. So I trust him that he is a bajaj company person..so I let him go with juicer.. but today he demanding for money and also told me that your juicer has been broken... So pls requesting to you...
