I have morphy richards otg. I stay in pune. My product was under warranty. There was problem with its coil. Service was so pathetic. Nobody repaired it only false commitment. Pune service agency is really hopeless. I called several time. Nobody helped me. I have other bajaj products like handblender food processor sandwich maker. But now i can never suggest any one to buy bajaj as after sales service is so bad. And i don't know where to complaint. Even complaint is not closed but close the complaint in system.
