Thank you very much for your service i. E., delivery after purchase, installation after delivery, fitting airtel (Free) after installation. You are completed with in 4 days.

Sir, i purchased samsung tv model no.43m5570 on 27/09/2017 at chanda nagar vide invoice no.1219/17g/s-5734 on wednesday.. The sales boy (Shri. Ravi, [protected]) assured ma power bank as a gift. So far i am not received the same.

You are offered that the airtel dth set top box is free which was affixed on the tv. The fitter of the airtel has demanded rs.800- then immediately i telephoned to shri ravi, who has confirmed that the amount to pay. I paid rs.800/- and i also paid rs.100/- as fitting charges which was demanded by the fitter.

In view of the above, (1) whether the power bank (Gift) is offered by you or not; (2) whether the airtel dth set top box is wholly free or parly free.

    On[protected], i have purchased ifb elite plus washing machine and kent prestine water purifier at panjagutta. While purchasing, the bajaj electronics people told that the goods will be delivered within 48 hours. Now, today is the 3rd day almost going to complete, still the goods are not delivered. Today morning i have again gone to the shop and enquired about delivery and the reply is very arrogant and not given any proper reply. The customer care number is hope less. You people are simply encasing the right spirit of the public without having any values. Why you have to lie at the time of purchase. I promise that i will never purchase the goods again from bajaj. The reply is very worst.

    My bill numbers : 1207/17g/s - 28506 & 28399 dated[protected]

      As reference to the trailing mail, i have coordinating with your concern representative regarding my mobile replacement. But there is no positive response from your good concern.

      I had spent rs 38, 000/- and still i could not able to proceed my personal and official calls. Because of this issue i had met much personal disappointment.

      This is my final reminder and kindly resolve my issue within a day. Or else i have decided to move legel action because of improper response.

      Herewith attached mobile purchasing bill & consumer complaint dd copy for your kind reference.

      Hence i requesting you once again to resolve my issue at immediate effect.

      Note : till there is no response from bajaj from where i had been brought my mobile. Because of this improper response i would like to move legel formalities.

      As reference to the above trailing mail and discussion had with the lg representative (From vanasthalipuram branch, hyderabad), he has been confirmed that there is no replacement of my existing mobile which i had brought on 1st oct 2107 at 7.00 pm.

      Kindly consider this is my final reminder to informing you that, i need a refund immediate effect, becuase i had been met improper communication with lg representative who had coordinated with me today (1.10.2017).
      .
      I would like to inform your that, if i have buy this mobile through flipkart (Or) amazon there is a eligibility to replace the device within 30 days. But i had been failuired on your service. If your good concern fails to replace within 12 hrs i had already complaint with consumer court at this juncture, because there is no positive response from your representative and productive.

      So please confirm within 12 hrs to move forward for this final intimation.

      As per trailing mail your service manager is not responding to my calls and then finally i have sent a message to him regarding the issue then he given the reply as "he need approval for replacing the mobile" and he did not given any timelines.

      In bajaj electronics, vanasthalipuram, hyderabad where i had purchase the product, mobile department manager also told us that "if lg given approval then only they will replace the mobile"

      I spent my money, time and unnecessarily facing the problems regarding your product and response.

      Due to your poor response i decided to do not buy the lg product. Hereby i am finally intimating you to refund the total amount otherwise i will go legally.

        We Booked a Sony Bravia 32" TV on 7/9/2017 in Bajaj Electronics and it was delivered on next day..it's ok but..the installation is still in pending and if we contact them they are saying that they will come at 9pm sharp, from two days.What we should do with that TV Without installation.We want to Buy a Refrigerator but this time not in Bajaj..Bad Experience

          Dear sir/madam,

          As reference to the above subject, we would like to inform you that, we had brought new mobile (Lg - g6 model, imei no:[protected]) as on 1st oct"2017, but i had got troubled (4th oct 2017) because of mike hearing issue and then we had checked with that vendor for which we had brought from bajaj electronics, vanasthalipuram, and it has been declared that from that vendor this mobile got problem from mike and it has been replaced.

          We requested to the vendor to replace this mobile, because i had spent rs 38, 000 /- and i had faced the problem within 3 days. How can we belive to proceed further.

          For this resolving purpose i would like to keep a information to the cunsumer form of bajaj electronics.

          Kindly consider this mail as major priority to resolve this issue an immediate effetect. If any case this escalation will get failure i would like to move to the cunsumer court.

          Please interprenite for getting new mobile within two (Or) three working days. Or else will go ahead moving forward.

            Unit purchased on 21.09.17 at bajaj electronics pemmasani complex madhapur invoice 7290. Installation completed on 4.10.2017 with continuous calls to technician but geyser not working it is defective unit. Added to this there is water leakage from inlet & outlet pipes forced us not to use that bathroom for 5 days.

              We purchased samsung 55" mu6470 model from bajaj electronics guntur. Order placed on 30.06.2017. They cheated collecting rs1700 as processing fee. No receipt was given. Then told no stock of tv and it may take 10 days. Mr. Ravi kiran was sales representative. On 11th july when i followed up from morning to evening, he told that tv is on the from vijayawada whenever we asked. Ultimately tv reached at 8pm. Bajaj electronics is just 150 metres. But they collected rs600 as delivery charges. Original invoice was not given to us. When we approached they gave one over invoice without any tax details. It is duplicate prepared by bajaj electronics. When we open the sound setting recently, we could see the sound system paired with lg and sony system. This sound system pairing happened when we visited bajaj electronics for demo on 30.06.2017. So we understood that showroom display piece was delivered to us. This is very big cheating. When we approach bajaj electronics, there were no persons available we interact in june. New persons were busy with new sales only. Not hearing us. Now the same model tv price is rs107000 with 340 watts sound bar and 1+1 years warranty. I have made only one emi. By that time, i have lost rs37290. Bajaj electronic cheated me by high price as well as sold display piece. I need new tv with sound bar 340 watts and 1 emi as discount. Bajaj electronics is responsible for this and i hope they would do it ethically. My mobile is [protected].

                We went for the purchase of lg tv model no : 43lj617t which was coated at 45, 500 with including all the offers and pricings and also we was assured to provide at tomorrow on belief of executive (Manager) and brand name of bajaj electronics, karimnagar and the manager, we left yesterday. Today i. E.,[protected] we went to take it out for delivery, here comes the issue executive attitude and price changes from 45500 to 47500 which makes us descrete and lost believe of bajaj electronics at karimnagar. We didn't expect the over attitude of manager, without giving any respect to customers which makes us to purchase the same one from another store.

                  Im a bajaj customer since 2015 and i have purchased many iteams. Store manager didnt treat us as a customer he was saying different price tags in two days we were about to purchase the tv 1st day it was night there is no delivery ok then we told we will purchase next and went to thestore to purchase he was saying different price. Not about the price but he did respect and his rude behavior irritated me. How bajaj take such employee as a manager. He is completely rude to the customer

                    Hello bajaj electronics
                    I have purchased a refrigerator 340l whirlpool from our store at ramanthapur with invoice number 1240/17g/s-1761 on 27th september 2017. Next day i got a call from delivery person from mobile number [protected] asking me the time for delivery and i have asked him to deliver at 7pm. I have double checked the time of delivery and told him specifically that i have to arrange my duties accordngly to be available at home for receiving the product and he promised to deliver on time. At 8pm again i called him about the status.. He said he will deliver at 10pm.. And again after waiting till 11pm i have called him and he replied that he is at tankbund and it will take another 1 hour and misbehaved by talking rudely. (Tankbund is the place which is hardly 10 minutes away from my home) it really gives me pain to pen down a complain for such a pathetic service from a reputed company. This delay caused me a lot of issues as i am a doctor and i had to cancel my clinic for the evening which caused trouble to my patients and as well as to me. Hence i request customer care service to look into the matter and take necessary action against the delivery person and get back to me with the explanation and about the details of action taken against the delivery person.                       Hi, your demo technician came to my apartment today along with another person (who claimed to be a trainee, but did not carry ID card). I asked them to leave & when the guy with the ID card misbehaved at the Apt gate I slapped him. I took him to the police station even. I want you to confirm how can your person be unprofessional?

                          I have purchased a bajaj caldia geyser (10 ltrs) from great eastern at sinthir more branch in kolkata on 04.09.17, so i had booked a call vide no kol[protected]-1 to take technician for fittings it. When it is installed as well then technician person raise a bill if rs1300/- including service charge, service [protected]@15% and other cost of extra spares for pipe line job. It is very surprised to me when he denied to give copy of bill in which have sign of mine after make cash payment but i have legally fully entitle to get this copy from concern body of service authority.
                          Under such circumstances i am very concern about service charge and service tax of 15% in spite of have free installation service from bajaj co. I am asking to authority why they take service tax of 15% on service charge in spite of gst is being implemented from 1st july.

                          So it is supposed to take charge of rs1300/- for installation it as unethical way from customer like me. I think that it is mislead to me from your authorised service centre. If there have any deviation from your service authority then take action henceforth and kindly arrange refund money as part how much take extra charge from your side.

                          Kindly take this matter seriously to avoid raise same complaint to consumer forum by me.

                                I purchased a new geyser for my apartment. A technician came after so many follow ups and installed it wrong. Then i called the customer care to send a person to reinstall it they misunderstood and sent a repair guy after so much follow up again. Then they send installation guys after few days who take 3 hours to reinstall it and still they are not done. They will come tomorrow and do something god knows what. Terrible service. Each time i have to clean my washroom with all the dirt they create. Very painful and inconvenient. I wish i never ordered bajaj geyser.

                                    Worst service i have ever seen. When you can't arrange the delivery on time. Y do you people charge for order delivery and provide wrong commitment.

                                    I have ordered a led on 13 th with bill number s-7745 i was informed it would deliver in 24 hours. I said ok. I didn't receive any call till 36 hours. So i reached customer care number, thrice. Thrice there have meeting wrong commitment saying u r order would deliver before. One agent even he told he cross checked with your warehouse team and confirmed the order status is dispatched.

                                    Is this the way u cheat customer.

                                    Change ur team. Or else ur process. Don't play with customers.

                                    This is like ur warehouse is on earth and iam in space. From santhnagar to borabanda it's taking more than 48 hours. It's sounds great service.
                                    Bought feneral split ac the idiots who came for fitting purpose didnt do the job properly the whole [censored]ing gas of ac got leaked out

                                      We have booked a samsung washing machine and ao smith water filter on sunday. We have received wrong product and we reported that to showroom. We were told that by today morning it would be replaced but till now it didn't happen. They told the reason as no availability of transport vehicle.
                                      We are facing this situation second time from bajaj electronics nallakunta hyderabad.
                                      We sincierely say that these guys offer poor customer service.

                                        I bought vedeocon ac from bajaj electronics, punjagutta (Invoice no 1207/17/s-28115 and tin [protected]) on 30 june 2017. It took three days for a mechanic to come and install. Later i received a call from videocon saying the warranty facility would not be provided on account of some mess-up in installation. I personally visited the showroom at punjagutta and tried to contact mr naveen, the customer service manager.in his absence one yasir heard me and gave the contact number of mr naveen. I called him up a number of times and sent messages. There has been no response. Bajaj electronics, your service is disappointing. Request you to do the needful. George k
