I had recently purchased an Inverter Ac and the showroom has promised to get the ac installed in 24 hours, and till date there is no one even to answer your calls and there is absolutely no way you can get them to do their job. Their phone numbers [protected] and service engineer Mr. Ganesh No. [protected] keeps his mobile on busy mode only, after noticing a customers call. The showroom only provides the mobile number which is not reachable and their land line number [protected] has a standard reply " the customer is not taking any calls at the moment". The showroom is encashing the Brand of Bajaj & no way nearer to deliver basic customer service, forget customer satisfaction/customer delight.
