Bajaj Electronics — poor service by bajaj | |||
On 23 oct we visited the showroom for buying a tv and we booked a 43 inch tc vide invoice number s-20256 and we were told in 24 hrs delivery and installation would be done. However the same was delivered next day on 24 oct, while we stay in rent house we had some issues with the size of tv so withing 12 hrs of delivery i called them for return and requested them to exchange and we would buy a 32 inch, however i was not given any response and finally one of the manager told the items sold can only be upgraded and not downgraded. Till today dated 29 oct the installation service has not turned up and neither any response from bajaj electronic. They are just fooling around customers and once items are sold they dont give any heed. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi i have been charged for a mobile which i did not buy and 2 emis have been deducted solve the problem immediately. I have made so many calls to customer care and given complain still no use . How can someone charge emi for that product which i have never bought .
