Bajaj Electronics — Product not delivered from last 9 days

I was purchased symphony cooler along with three other products... On the 4 th day they delivered 3 products and they said cooler will be delivered by tomorrow... But it's 9th day but still my cooler was not delivered. I called somany times to customer care... Every time they are telling we will check with godown and will you call back... But my product is not delivered...
Very bad experience with bajaj electronics punjagutta team...
