Js nw i called to the store the sales person is speaking in reckless manner with the customer..
I called to buy lenovo idea pad 3 10th genration He is telling that our price is greater than online price...I requested that online price is lesss the sales person is saying that buy in online our stores rates are high dont buy in store he is saying like that..Is this the correct way to speake with the customer?
if this complaint is not taken seriously i ll rise to higher office that sales person is speaking recklesly with the customer...DIRECTLY SAYING TO BUY IN ONLINE DONT BUY IN STORE
