Bajaj Electronics — Reg: delay in delivering the washing machine purchased on 29th october'16 | |||||
Dear team I didn't expect this much delay in delivering the purchased item and even i am not getting any proper communication from the team. Whenever i ask for the delivery they used to say that they don't sufficient stock to deliver. If stock is not available who told you to take the order. On 29th october, they informed me that they will deliver the item maximum by 31st october or else on or before 01st november, but they didn't. I didn't received any communication also in this regards. On 03rd, i have visited the store and inquired about the item, but the person who sits in the desk told me that he don't have any information about that delivery and asked me to contact the samsung guy who is representing samsung. But he is not available as he took leave on that day. On 05th i have received a communication that, the stock is not available and it will be available by 15th november, so i told them that i will wait till 15th, but after that also i didn't receive any communication from store. Even after doing several times, finally they told me that they will deliver the same by 21st november without fail. But today also i have not received my purchased item. I am totally unhappy with the service what i have received from you and even the guys who are attending the calls don't know proper updates and didn't respond properly. Always they used to say that we don't know anything, you contact my store manager, however the store manager takes leave on that day only. I have visited 2 times personally and followed up for the updates 5 times over phone. Now i am not ready to take the delivery until unless i get proper response. Was this information helpful? | |||||
