Bajaj Electronics — Regarding very poor and negligence in service | |||
I, a customer of Nalgonda, telangana state purchased a cooler in Naman electronics today(11.3.2021) at 5.30 pm. And paid the complete bill. Where they said the cooler will be delivered at the given address in 2 hours. Till 10.30 pm they didn't deliver it, when I called didn't respond for 3 times.4th time carelessly answered. N said shop is closed. I didn't expected such a careless n rude treatment towards customers from bajaj. It's a bad name for u too.. till now we didn't get any response and all are waiting without sleeping for the response. Pl do take the needed action . Was this information helpful? | |||
