Bajaj Electronics — REPLACEMENT OF SONY TV | |||
My name is Mr. Rambabu. K purchased Sony LCD 32” TV model No: KLV C32X320 in Bajaj Electronics in Dilsulkhnagar. At the time of purchase they have given the warranty of one Year only. But it can valid upto 3 years. That they did not inform us. After 3 Years the Sony TV is not working, When I asked customer care of Sony, they informed that my TV is not in warranty and informed that if we informed early it can valid up to 3 years.
