I have purchased Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime on 12/02/2017. But my device is disputed there was a scratch in the device screen from the very beginning.When i complained them they are not accept my issue and return back to me every time. They asked to go to Samsung Authorized Service Center. And when i go there Service Center representative asked me to go to Store from where i purchased the device.
