Bajaj Electronics — service charge claim against geyser installation in spite of free installation | |||
Dear sir, I have purchased a bajaj caldia geyser (10 ltrs) from great eastern at sinthir more branch in kolkata on 04.09.17, so i had booked a call vide no kol[protected]-1 to take technician for fittings it. When it is installed as well then technician person raise a bill if rs1300/- including service charge, service [protected]@15% and other cost of extra spares for pipe line job. It is very surprised to me when he denied to give copy of bill in which have sign of mine after make cash payment but i have legally fully entitle to get this copy from concern body of service authority. Under such circumstances i am very concern about service charge and service tax of 15% in spite of have free installation service from bajaj co. I am asking to authority why they take service tax of 15% on service charge in spite of gst is being implemented from 1st july. So it is supposed to take charge of rs1300/- for installation it as unethical way from customer like me. I think that it is mislead to me from your authorised service centre. If there have any deviation from your service authority then take action henceforth and kindly arrange refund money as part how much take extra charge from your side.
