Bajaj Electronics — staff named aamir

Sir i am srujan from hyderabad. Today evening i went to buy a refrigerator in bajaj electronics in karmanghat (Hyderabad) store. I have asked a person named aamir in that store to show me refrigerator.
But he gave me reply "there is no one to show refrigerators" very rudely. I have complained to the store manager but still he didn't respond and in his place some other executive has shown the refrigerator.
Please take action against this executive called 'aamir'. Because of his irresponsible nature and rude behavior towards customers.
