[Resolved] Bajaj Electronics — Very bad Customer Service Onsite engineer | |||
Recently I logged My BAJAJ Mixer and grinder Complaint and met an BAJAJ Onsite engineer, I shocked by overall experience with BAJAJ Engineer, do you know Why? See the followings:- 1- Technical Knowledge- 5/10 Working While Power plug was in socket only ON/OFF switch was off, unable to fit Mixer motor Three failed attempt due to this coupling of 2 Jars got melted then he replaced this on chargeable basis 2- Dress Code-3/10 Dirty Dress and Torn boots 3-Education- 3/10 even don't know how to fill Customer Service Report 4- Manner and Etiquette- 2/10 Nonsense Talking style 5- Response Time- after 4 days of complaint logged date If there is no improvement, I could promise never bought any BAJAJ products in future.
