Daily 8 to 10 times phone calls from bajaj finserve comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan . So please stop the same. My mobile no is [protected]. Its very disturbing and during any point of time i get call, even explain hundred time that i don't need any loan.

Sir, I have purchased LG AC from Fairdeal Nagpur (MS) on dated 4-3-2017 & taken finance from Bajaj Finesary. Bajaj finesary havaing tie up with Asset care.
Asset care issued me membership of Rs. 2359(Membership No.AC0311059) without my knowledge.
So you have been requested kindly cancel my membership immediately. I have already sent mail for cancellation of membership, but so far I have not received any reply from them . If my amount has been deducted against membership, I will stop the payment of bajaj finesary & will go to consumer court also.
Both company is having tie up, it doesn't mean that without knowledge of customer they can do any thing. Si I request all consumers be alert while taking loan from bajaj finesary.

I bought an fridge for rs 19000.I have paid one third of total amount. Monthly i have to pay rs 1508.with this amount an extra 500 is deducted feom my account. That means 2008 is deducted monthly. This extra 500 is for asset care. I don't want this. Also they did'nt tell about this before buying the fridge. I want cancell this. Now my 4 months emi completed. That means 2000 rs gone for asset care. I need this money refund. I went to head office for cancelling this, but till now it is not cancelled. This is absolute cheating. I have Purchased LG tv, without any intimation they started to deduct Asset care loan. This is fraud from Bajaj Finserv. I have raised many concerns on this, but still they have not refunded money, either they deactivated the asset care EMI.Please be alert with these Bajaj loans.They say zero%, just to attract the customers.

I will be overjoyed if this Policy of which I have no knowledge whatsoever is issued as a Loyalty Bonus for prolonged relationship with your Company for long, for having sought loans for purchase of household items and in this specific case Purchase of 591 Ltrs Samsung Fridge.
If there is any hidden charges to be levied on me, without my knowledge or explicit consent, I would not approve of it, snap all ties with your Company as a Customer and may be have to approach Consumer Courts for Cheating n Deficiency of Service.
