Dear Sir/Madam(Bajaj Finance Ltd), Regards Following details are submitted please for your clarification and settlement please. a) A Loan Account No [protected] for Two Wheeler Loan is being shown in my CIBIL Report(CIBIL REGISTRATION ID SCO[protected]. b) Date of Loan Opened/Disbursed is shown as 31 Oct 2003. c) Sanctioned amount is Rs.17200/-, Current Balance is shown as Rs.2150/- with Amount Overdue as Rs.2150/-. d) The particular Loan is being shown status as Written Off. e) Payment details shown as payment of Rs. 900/- per month from 01 Apr 2008 to 01 Oct 2009. It is further submitted that I am serving in Army and presently posted near Hyderabad(A.P.). I have no idea about this particular loan and as per my knowledge I have NOT taken any loan for Two Wheeler !!! My Mobile Number is [protected] and Landline Number is [protected]. I have tried Customer Care Number of Bajaj Finance Ltd given in website as[protected] at Andhra Pradesh, or 33 00 5000 for Secunderabad, but these are probably invalid Numbers as I am unable to contact your Customer Care Number. I would therefore request you to kindly Look into this particular case on priority basis and intimate me about my query above. Please clarify as I have not taken Two Wheeler Loan the How it is showing as so. Is it any for any other type of Loan for some different purpose ?? What is the outstanding loan amount?? What is the process to settle the issue or pay back the outstanding loan amount ?? An early reply is requested please. I am attaching my KYC documents also if required. Thanking you.
