I applied for the card and my axis bank account has been debited by rs 471 on[protected]. Ecs/bajajfinance li/579sce18416487. I also received an sms which said i had pre-approved bajaj finance to deduct this amount.

I did not even receive any confirmation mail from bajaj finserv.

When i try to call customer care, it says my registered mobile number and customer id are wrong.

Please share details and clarify.
