Byjus learning app which purchases for class 7, 8, 9, 10 registration for 03 years, stops working after 1 month. Customer care unable to resolve issues . Time lag and student not paying attention because of app problems. Byju app costing me around 32000 through Bajaj finance service. My two installments of rs 6200 already debited. I am also facing the same issue with Cash care, I cancelled the product but Emi still continue, when I call to byjus they will say to day I will solve this issue, from last 3 months am waiting for resolved.
