Hi, The ecs charges has been deducted rs.117 from my citibank account with below details which i have never requested from bajaj. This is looking like a fraud done by either bajaj or keb hana bank. Can you refund my my amount back.. Seems like my details are not secured in bajaj and this is being misuse. This is pathetic. Today I just saw my statement of account and I saw that the amount of INR 295 has been debited from my account for the five times even if my account is having sufficient funds in my account. My registered mobile number is this [protected] . Kindly check it out fast.
