Bajaj Finserv — elite emi card membership | |||
On 22nd jan 2020 i received a call from your customer executive and was told that i am eligible for a elite emi card membership and will be able to avail 300000/- credit limit facility along with a host of offers only on a payment of rs 4999/- which will have to be paid in 3 easy instalments. Also i will be receiving 5000/- worth of coupons which can be used on flipkart but i need to make the payment first through mobikwik wallet. I did as per the instructions of the customer care executive and the amount was paid and i was suppose to receive the card and the gift vouchers within 7 working days but in vain. I haven’t received anything from the company’s side. I tried calling the customer care people but they said it’s the elite card department and guided me to another number and when i called the other number it was not available. Now the emi for the same is being deducted from my account for which i am being charged a very high interest and i haven’t received the card nor the vouchers as promised.
