Bajaj Finserv — Extra amount deducted repeatedly other than projected emi amount | |||||
Every month on 5th day Rs.1991 was deduced from my Statebank Account as Loan EMI but this month extra Rs.324 was deducted from my account on 16th Feb 2017 from Bajaj Auto. It is repeated everymonth i think it is big fraud. If a person like me not check with his bank then you people take extra amount from the customers. When this happens same in last month i contacted the customer care center of bajaj finance and they refund my amount to my account and said this was not repeated. Again this month the same Rs.324 was deducted from my account other than my EMI amount. So every month i need to check my account for extra deduction.
