Bajaj Finserv — i'm complaining about rs.295 deduction from my sbi acount stating "mandate fail charge" without any dues

I'm a bajaj finserv customer. I took a loan in apr, 2008 on behalf of samsung ac. And i've paid all the emi's. And also i got no dues certificate from bajaj finserv app. But on[protected] rs.295 got deducted from my sbi account by showing the transaction details "- mandate fail chrg txn dt:24062020 bajaj finance". I dont know why bajaj finserv deduction. I request you please refund the amount and ensure bajaj finserv never do such things like this.
