Hi My name is Rohit Sharma (ph no : [protected]) This is to inform you that there was a loan approved under my name however it was in regards to a Samsung phone at the Mobile store in Ghaziabad on 13 Nov 2015. I did called the customer service but today I have received a mail stating that your loan application has been approved and I have already put in a request to cancel the loan at the very same time . Its been 4 days now I have spoken to Rahul (field representative ) who took my request at the Shop ( The mobile store) and then I have also spoken to his Team Leader (Vivek Yadav, [protected]) but nothing has been done so far and now they have stop picking my phone ... here is the email...
