While purchasing with bajaj emi card through online site like flipkart & amazon. Otp not generating during transaction. Instead of otp fresh nachupdate required. Msg coming to registered mobile no. So called to bajaj finserv customer care & as per them the following documents submitted to nearest bajaj finserv, pondicherry. 1. Cancelled cheque. -01no. 2. Address proof.-01no. 3. I-d proof.-01no. 4. Ecs mandate form -04nos. In the month of jan -2018. 2 r 3 times visted bajaj finserv, ludhiana. For get the status of the nach update. But whenever im visitng there they are saying under process & msg will come once they udpate. Now almost 4 months gone. Still pending. My details: Customer id - Contact no:[protected] Manju anand Kindly suggest further to proceed. Or else online uploading futures will be so useful instead of stand in que branch office.
