Bajaj Finserv — Unsatisfactory services given | |||||
I purchased a samsung s5 phone from vijay sales in kharghar, navi mumbai. My emi started on 2nd jan 2015, my ecs was deducted from my bank account for jan & feb but later my company switched our salary account to a different bank. So i went to bajaj finance office in sanpada where there is only one person working as help desk for entire navi mumbai... "a superman". His name is dharmendra, i asked him to switch my account as it has been changed. He said that he wont be able to do it as its the year end. So i have to either foreclosure my loan or either pay with all the penalties. I tried contacting bajaj finance head office but failed many times. So being a loyal customers, cleared my loan by paying all the penalty charges. And now when i am planning to fulfill my other requirement through them, they are saying your ecs were bounced due to insufficient funds in your account and it is showing a bad status. So you cannot apply for any loans from us. I was like "what the hell".. I did what exactly they told me and now they are blaming everything on me.. This is not done. These are horrible people with bad customer service and always false commitments. Anytime they can cross their limits and can blame anyone. Was this information helpful? | |||||
