Rr no sh40102, bill no[protected] shows amount to be paid rs 4311/ including arrears of rs 1978/. Why this arrears? Bill amount is being regularly paid through karnataka bank, 9th block jayanagar for a decade or more. I have been paying electricity bill for ground floor and ist floor through ecs for over a decade.
