All the time this was happening mid night power restore they will cut the current

    The electricity connection has been disconnected for my flat on 18th March, 2023. I had missed payment for previous month when I was out of town and bescom person came disconnected the line. I have cleared the due amount for previous month and current months including late fee charges and shared the payment details with besocm helpline email and number but it is still not restored after more than 24hrs. Account number - [protected]. The nearest bescom office does not pickup the phone.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      We are staying at Vrindhavan layout, Muthanallur cross, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore.
      BESCOM A/C ID:[protected]

      For the last two days we are getting extremely low voltage (value around 80V - 90V). So none of the household appliances are working with this much low voltage. I'm requesting to please fix this issue immediately without any delay.

        I have tried all the BESCOM provided support platform I.e. whatsup support number [protected], Phone 1912 and mail to [protected]@bescom.co.in, [protected]@bescom.co.in last month but not getting any update/ feedback, I have already shared last month payment receipt via mail and what's up and requested not to add the amount in this month bill but still it's added into this Feb month bill, request you to please provide revise bill for this month payment.

          This is to bring to your kind notice and information that there is one electrical pole right in front of my building which is very dangerous as there are many public crossing the roads and restaurants which is very much unsafe, there was a spark in the pole which is very dangerous to the general public. All wires are open there is no safety to the people who are resident of the area.
          I would like to suggest that the wires should be build underground or else shift the pole to the corner of the society.

          Request you to look and instruct your technical department to take action as soon as possible, it would be very thankful if you co-operate with us. Enclosed below is the address of the Electricity pole.

              We’re staying at -
              Building no. 42, Flat no. 302, Garuda Paradise apartment, 4th cross, Sivaganga layout, Mahadevapura

              We got an EB bill with due date of 20th Feb 2023 and we paid the bill on 20th morning but the lineman still removed the fuse and went without even confirming with us or informing us. Also, aren’t they supposed to remove the fuse only AFTER the due date!?? He has removed it at 12 pm on due date itself. I have raised a complaint but they say it’ll take time. Why didn’t they wait before removing the fuse then!? This is a terrible situation for people working from home!

                    Average usage calculation (on the higher side)
                    9 Bulbs x 4 hrs = 32.40
                    3 Fans x 1 hr = 7.20
                    1 Fridge x 12 hr = 72.00
                    1 Geyser x 0.5 hrs = 45.00
                    1 Mixer x 0.1 hrs = 1.20
                    1 W/Machine x 0.2 hrs = 1.92
                    1 Computer x 2 hrs = 30.00
                    Total 189.72 kWh units

                    Request internal load test and line continuity test to resolve the error in case, it is not due to human error at your end.

                        High electricity bill this month

                        This is in regards to my electricity bill as my bill amount is very high this month for no reasons. I enquired about the same to bescom, they said they will raise a complaint and it should get resolved within 24 hours. However, it’s almost a week now, I still haven’t heard back anything from them. I don’t know what to do or who to escalate this. I will attach the mail trails please help me expedite this....

                            I paid my Nov month bill on 12th Dec but still the Payment status is showing as PENDING and even after 2 days, no update from the BESCOM end and even their Customer Complaint No is dummy one and there is no such way to get the correct status about the bill payment done and check whether the Payment was received at merchant end or not.
                            My money is still stuck and am not sure, how to contact BESCOM or raise complaint within BESCOM about payment issue.
