This is to bring to your kind notice and information that there is one electrical pole right in front of my building which is very dangerous as there are many public crossing the roads and restaurants which is very much unsafe, there was a spark in the pole which is very dangerous to the general public. Consumer (Acct. ID: [protected], U. Yogeesh Vaidya No.48, 6th Cross, Lakshmipura) for the billing period 03/12/2022-03/01/2023 has been billed for 360 units (Rs. 2972). This is grossly erronous. The details are as below:

This is in regards to my electricity bill as my bill amount is very high this month for no reasons. I enquired about the same to bescom, they said they will raise a complaint and it should get resolved within 24 hours. However, it’s almost a week now, I still haven’t heard back anything from them. I don’t know what to do or who to escalate this. I will attach the mail trails please help me expedite this....

Calling Street Lamp Complaints people from 15 DAYS no response. Please help in this matter .The photos of call details attached for your reference....

I paid my Nov month bill on 12th Dec but still the Payment status is showing as PENDING and even after 2 days, no update from the BESCOM end and even their Customer Complaint No is dummy one and there is no such way to get the correct status about the bill payment done and check whether the Payment was received at merchant end or not.
My money is still stuck and am not sure, how to contact BESCOM or raise complaint within BESCOM about...

This is to bring to your kind notice that my latest electricity bill of RR No. 4ELG200748 and Acc Id [protected] is much higher than my actual consumption and previous bills.
I found out that meter reading and reading on bill are different.
I have already filled complaint with Docket No. CE04833627 on 13th Nov but haven't received any response from your side....

Hi, the Street Light that is installed in front of my home is facing towards the inner road whereas it should be facing to the main road. Hence, this request is to get the street light face to be shifted to the main road....

I paid the bill of the current month online theough Gpay, amount debited from my account, but on BESCOM, its showing failed.
I have contacted Gpay, transaction is successful and I can see debit entry in my bank statement as well.

I used bescom app to pay power bill of 1344/- on 8 Nov 2022.
The app used billdesk for sending request to google pay.
I paid 1344 on google pay, money got deducted from my BOI account. But, But still bill is not paid . It shows unpaid
