Removing Electricity Pole

This is to bring to your kind notice and information that there is one electrical pole right in front of my building which is very dangerous as there are many public crossing the roads and restaurants which is very much unsafe, there was a spark in the pole which is very dangerous to the general public. Line man removed fuse without intimation

Hi,

We’re staying at -
Building no. 42, Flat no. 302, Garuda Paradise apartment, 4th cross, Sivaganga layout, Mahadevapura

We got an EB bill with due date of 20th Feb 2023 and we paid the bill on 20th morning but the lineman still removed the fuse and went without even confirming with us or informing us. Also, aren’t they supposed to remove the fuse only AFTER the due date!?? He has removed it at...

I have paid the power supply bill twice due for the December month as per the following details.

2. Electricity Bill id: [protected], transaction id:CICAgJD-OMHgHA,
from hdfc credit card, amount paid rs.3934 on 12 Dec, 2022 10:32 AM

Please refund the Second paid amount...

High electricity bill this month

This is in regards to my electricity bill as my bill amount is very high this month for no reasons. I enquired about the same to bescom, they said they will raise a complaint and it should get resolved within 24 hours. However, it’s almost a week now, I still haven’t heard back anything from them. I don’t know what to do or who to escalate this. I will attach the mail trails please help me expedite this....

Bill Payment - Nov 2022

I paid my Nov month bill on 12th Dec but still the Payment status is showing as PENDING and even after 2 days, no update from the BESCOM end and even their Customer Complaint No is dummy one and there is no such way to get the correct status about the bill payment done and check whether the Payment was received at merchant end or not.
My money is still stuck and am not sure, how to contact BESCOM or raise complaint within BESCOM about...

Electricity bill wrong reading

This is to bring to your kind notice that my latest electricity bill of RR No. 4ELG200748 and Acc Id [protected] is much higher than my actual consumption and previous bills.
I found out that meter reading and reading on bill are different.
I have already filled complaint with Docket No. CE04833627 on 13th Nov but haven't received any response from your side....

Street Light facing on wrong direction

I paid the bill of the current month online theough Gpay, amount debited from my account, but on BESCOM, its showing failed.
I have contacted Gpay, transaction is successful and I can see debit entry in my bank statement as well.
Kindly check the attached files and settle this issue asap...

I paid 1344 on google pay, money got deducted from my BOI account. But, But still bill is not paid . It shows unpaid
