Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited [BESCOM] — cheating on monthly electricity bill | |||
Due to covid-19, bescom didn't provided the monthly power bill for april'20, but as usual i received reminder through sms from bescom, & i have done the online payment for the month of april'20. Last week i received the bill for inr 4674/- where as my monthly boll never crossed inr 1500/-, in the bill they have deducted the payment what i have made last month of inr1463/- & mentioned to pay inr 3212/-., today i vised bescom office near 2nd stage peenya bangalore, they said that they have combined the bill for march & april & accordingly they prepared the bills as per the tarrifs, i stay in a 1200 sqft. Apartment with one a/c, allotted power was 5kw, but when they combined 2 months it becomes 10 kw & accordingly the charges will be different, similarly the units allotted was also same as kw., this is not fare, bescom & state government is cheating & collecting money in such a way, i totally disagree, when we miss to pay one month bill, then they will disconnect the electricity immediately, but in this case nobody is there to question berscom. Also the engineer said to check the meter reading, he said sometimes due to manual reading there may be error, but bescom billing digested very long back. I need justice not only for me, but i can understand almost all the homes got similar cheating by bescom. Was this information helpful? | |||
