Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited [BESCOM] — discrepancy in the bill receipt

Hi,
I sent the below content in the mail to the bescom helpline address - [protected]@gmail.com 5 days ago, i called their customer care numbers - [protected] and [protected], first one is always busy and the latter does not exists.

Pfb the concerns that i sent besom:

'account id - [protected]
Pfa the bill receipts for the last two months.
Kindly clarify the below discrepancies and rectify the same.
1. For the month of aug-sept bill payment, the reading date was 09/09/2018 but the bill period for the period of sept-oct is mentioned as 09/09/2018 to 10/10/2018, it should be 10/09/2018 to 10/10/2018, why again the 9th september 2018 is included in the bill period? So the total amount is calculated from 9th september'2018 which was already calculated in the last month's billing period, why will i pay this extra for 9th sept that has already been paid?
2. For the bill period of sept-oct in the receipt rs 20 is added in the credits and adjustments - why this amt is added?
3. From paytm or any other online service it showing the amt to be paid as rs 849 but in the receipt it is rs 846- why this 3 rupees extra needs to be paid.
Kindly clarify the above concerns asap.'

They are least bothered to solve my queries and if i don't pay the bill by 25th oct'2018 then they will add the additional due amount in the next billing period, although the fact is that i am awaiting reply from their side which they didn't give till now.

Kindly help me out on the above concern.

Hi,
As mentioned, I already mailed BESCOM my concern. On not receiving any reply from their end till now, I reached out in the consumer forum. But it seems like you again forwarded my message to BESCOM again. My bill due date for Sept-Oct'2018 is 25th Oct, and the way you handling this case is like it won't get resolved soon.
So I will have to pay the bill before that else unnecessarily I will be charged the due amt inspite of the fact that the fault is from the BESCOM side.
My responsibility is to raise the complaint against the BESCOM here, that's what I did here but it seems like you are also not concerned about a customer's concern which is very inconvenient since they are just given a false hope in this forum where their concerns remain unheard and unresolved.
