I would like to complain regarding my current eb consumption bill :- i have been charged rs. 7620 as manual audit short claim. i do not understand what it is and i do not get any proper explanation from the concerned audit. they say it relates to short calculation for the period prior to 2 years from now. also we had paid for change of meter in the month of jan 2019 and they say there was fault in the meter in the month of august 2019. how come a electricity meter gets faulty every year. there is some fraudulence in the whole team. any shortcomings during the audit has been thrown on some customer who do not stay in town. when contacted them for explanation they clearly demand to come to the office in person to sort out the issue. since we donot reside in the same city it is not possible and we are forced to pay the bill to avoid disconnection. this is what they want. we have heard this from few of our apartment neighbours too. rs. 7620 is not a small amount. i need a clear explanation in this regard KALA [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
