Loss of Electrical equipments and lights due to Neutral failure issue

There was a neutral failure yesterday 03.03.2021 evening at Hosakerehalli area in the transformer placed near Government School after scheduled wiring work carried out in our area.
The effect of this has impacted me a lot details as below,
1) Blowing away 6 LED lights.
2) Malfunctioning of Wifi router
3) Malfunctioning o[censored]PS Unit
4) No output from TV stabilizer
5) Breakdown of Cordless phone...

A service request was raised by me for the name change (Req ID:[protected] and I paid Rs.618 on 22nd Feb 2021. The request has been closed without resolving it. Please look into this and let me know why this is not solved or refund me the amount paid by me...

Frequent power cuts with no resolution

Address:Triveni main road, 4th main, gokula 1st stage, Yeshwantpur - 560022

We stay in Triveni Road, Yeshwantpur area . We have been facing very frequent powercuts almost everyday since past 2 months.

Some days there is no power at a stretch from morning 10 to evening 7pm. On calling the Bescom complaint number or they just register the complaint, but no action is taken. Almost everyday i call Bescom and lodge a complaint which is of no use. There is no proper explanation as to why this is happening...

Fuse taken away

Address:Green Glen Layout, Bellandur Bangalore

The due date of the electricity bill payment was 16th Feb. I missed that. They removed the fuse. I have paid the bill now. How long do you think before they put the fuse back? Also, it was a new fuse that I had to buy last month because of a short circuit. Can you please make sure you return that fuse. The electricity guy said that the earlier fuse was of bad quality, hence the short circuit....

How do I work with BESCOM ruining my day

Address:#2, 1st Cross, 1st Main, 1st Cross, Sai Nagar, Arehalli, Land Mark : Brundavan Upachar, Ramanjaneya Nagar

Despite paying bills on time, Unscheduled Power Cuts? It's really getting on nerves with the current work from home situation and we have interrupted power supply. No prior notice too for consumers to plan alternative facilities. If BESCOM is incapable of maintaining their supplies lines, why not privatize it? Monopoly and it's worse on the consumers end....

We are residents o[censored]nicca Emporis, Varthur. A strange case is going on in our society with Bescom. We have recently shifted and formed an RWA. During this phase, khata transfer is in progress and hence the electricity meter.

Around 140 Family has been living peacefully and rest of the apartments are yet to be sold and lie vacant. So far, all the electricity bills of individual flats and common area have been paid regularly...

BESCOM Removed my Apartment Fuse

We got a Electricity Bill stating amount due to be paid as Rs845 / - and we made the payment online on 18/11/2020 and another one on 17/12/2020 with an amount of 157. Due to Corona situation we did not notice the fuse removal....

Bescom payment failure but account debited

My payment to bescom monthly bill from bescom online services portal https://www.bescom.co.in/SCP/Myhome.aspx was made using billdesk internet banking option, and successfully paid from my SBI bank account.

But I received a "failure" from billdesk as shown in attached screenshot, although my account is debited.

Kindly look into this as bescom a/c still shows bill amount pending....

I live in #49, 11th Main Banashankari 2nd stage, Bangalore-560070 and the street lights in front of my house is not working and this is causing a lot of inconvenience to me as i come at night and the visibility is very poor because the street light is not working.So i humbly request you to get the street lights fixed so that it is more convenient for people who come during night.Please do the needful and oblige....
