Midnights for 2 hrs power cut
Day time 4 hours minimum power cut. What are you digging? Gold? For putting cables underground is this how much we should suffer day n night both? Don't you have schedules? Its 4am n no current since 2am this is how u bescom are torchering consumers.

    This is for the bill payment of RR No. W6EH1135 of Rs 1040. Transaction done on 4th March 2021 with transaction reference number : RRN[protected] for amount Rs 1040. Another transaction on 6th March 2021 for the same amount Rs 1040 with transaction reference number : RRN[protected]. But the at BESCOM the bill amount is not received. Please check this immediately and revert back

          There was a neutral failure yesterday 03.03.2021 evening at Hosakerehalli area in the transformer placed near Government School after scheduled wiring work carried out in our area.
          The effect of this has impacted me a lot details as below,
          1) Blowing away 6 LED lights.
          2) Malfunctioning of Wifi router
          3) Malfunctioning o[censored]PS Unit
          4) No output from TV stabilizer
          5) Breakdown of Cordless phone main adaptor unit.

          This is not the first time we faced same situation during last September 2020 in which I had Breakdown of my TV unit for which I had to spend ₹12000and UPS malfunctioning .

          If it is once then we can manage but due to the issue like neutral failures and others if it happens repeatedly then it is highly impossible for a monthly salaried person to repair everytime.

          I hereby held BESCOM responsible for the losses that has occurred to me in above said sequences and would demand a compensation for the loss occurred. Further I need to get a confirmation from BESCOM that proper care will be taken in future such that such occurrence doesn't happen.

              We stay in Triveni Road, Yeshwantpur area . We have been facing very frequent powercuts almost everyday since past 2 months.

              Some days there is no power at a stretch from morning 10 to evening 7pm. On calling the Bescom complaint number or they just register the complaint, but no action is taken. Almost everyday i call Bescom and lodge a complaint which is of no use. There is no proper explanation as to why this is happening frequently in our area alone.

              Due to COVID situation, most o[censored]s are working from home and such frequent powercuts is a pain for us and our productivity. It is affecting our day to day life and work very badly. How would we even work when there is powercut from 10am to 7pm at a stretch? I was forced to take leave for couple of days this month due to this issue, would BESCOM pay for my loss?

              Please stop causing so much pain for us and help us in this matter. I can see it happening mostly in our area - Triveni main road, 4th main, gokula 1st stage, Yeshwantpur - 560022.

              There is no power even when i'm writing this now (24th Feb 1:45 pm) since morning 10AM. I had to go to my friend's house in a different area, just to work. This is so frustrating especially in times like this where people are already worried about pandemic issues. Even the job market is bad and we can't afford such things to effect our work, we will be in trouble! PLEASE HELP!

                Fuse taken away

                Address: Green Glen Layout, Bellandur Bangalore

                The due date of the electricity bill payment was 16th Feb. I missed that. They removed the fuse. I have paid the bill now. How long do you think before they put the fuse back? Also, it was a new fuse that I had to buy last month because of a short circuit. Can you please make sure you return that fuse. The electricity guy said that the earlier fuse was of bad quality, hence the short circuit....

                  My name is Arun Kumar Anand and I am the property owner of the property with RR number :7EH475

                  Th billing name was changed from "P A George" to myself "Arun Kumar Anand" by going through the normal procedure at Bescom office and the electricity bills were getting generated under my name "Arun Kumar Anand" however suddenly the name has been changed back to previous owner "P A George" again and I can't find my name anymore.

                  See the attached bill as a proof from my end.

                  Can you help me on this and help me to fix this issue ?

                        Despite paying bills on time, Unscheduled Power Cuts? It's really getting on nerves with the current work from home situation and we have interrupted power supply. No prior notice too for consumers to plan alternative facilities. If BESCOM is incapable of maintaining their supplies lines, why not privatize it? Monopoly and it's worse on the consumers end.

                          i have been charged rs. 7620 as manual audit short claim. i do not understand what it is and i do not get any proper explanation from the concerned audit. they say it relates to short calculation for the period prior to 2 years from now.

                          also we had paid for change of meter in the month of jan 2019 and they say there was fault in the meter in...

                          We are residents o[censored]nicca Emporis, Varthur. A strange case is going on in our society with Bescom. We have recently shifted and formed an RWA. During this phase, khata transfer is in progress and hence the electricity meter.

                          Around 140 Family has been living peacefully and rest of the apartments are yet to be sold and lie vacant. So far, all the electricity bills of individual flats and common area have been paid regularly by all the residents.

                          Now, the landowner's vacant apartments bill has been not paid by Landowner so far and is a matter of penalizing by BESCOM.

                          But to our surprise, BESCOM is cutting the electricity connection of the whole Society and harassing residents to its core.

                          We, RWA o[censored]nicca Emporis, can only ask landowners to pay via notice or etc under RWA capacity.

                          So raising a consumer complaint to bring this to the notice of higher management and correct the action before we take the legal route to resolve this.

                                  We got a Electricity Bill stating amount due to be paid as Rs845 / - and we made the payment online on 18/11/2020 and another one on 17/12/2020 with an amount of 157. Due to Corona situation we did not notice the fuse removal. Just now recognized it and curious why the fuse has been removed despite of all the payments. Please do look into this and take necessary actions to re-instate the fuse.
