I have accidentally paid the electricity bill twice for the period 12/08/2018 - 12/09/2018. Account id is: [protected] Amount paid: 903 I haven't received the transaction id because the transaction had failed, but the money was deducted. I have only received a single sms for the second transaction from bescom that says: thank you for making online payment of rs. 903 against account id:[protected] on[protected].
