Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — balance refund against ticket payment

I am a regular commuter of 500d ac bus between veeranapalya and kadabeesanahalli. The fare for my route is rs.69, for which i always pay rs.70 as the conductor never have change. If i am travelling 250 days a year, i forego about rs.500 every year on travelling both sides.
Considering even the small food stalls have started accepting the digital payments, it is a surprise why an organization such big as bmtc is still stuck with old ways. Can i please request you to use a platform where one can use digital wallets to buy a bus ticket.
