Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — charged unnecessarily extra

I was travelling from laggere to goraguntapalya. I usually take this route and am well aware od the pricing. He forcefully gave me a ticket to yeshwanthpur and charged me extra. I insisted that the price to goraguntapalya is 10 and not 15 but he was adamant. I did not want to get into a fight because i was late for office but would really want him to learn a lesson.
