Hi Concerned BMTC Team,
I hope this message will not be deleted or cornered, like other messages in this respected forum.
Regarding :G4 BMTC bus operations in Brigade road, one of the happening cities of Bangalore, Karnataka
Its been happening since August 2016, but today I thought I should write to you guys. Sidestepping the truth is not going to help anymore.
Today, from 11.23 am to 11.47 am, I was waiting for "G4 bus "at "Brigade road" bus stop. Not even a single bus turned up.To my astonishment, eleven G3 buses came, back to back. All these buses had only handful of passengers . Please find attached the screenshot of bus timings mentioned .
Also, BMTC app says the same timings.
This type of scenarios have been happening since August . Each time when frustrated by the bus delays, I would look up the BMTC complaints page and see if any people's grievances had been addressed or not. Today, even after waiting for close to 30 minutes, when not even a single G4 bus is to be seen, situation has crossed my tolerance level.
Why do you even have G4 bus service ? Either stop the service it totally, or make it functioning properly. Why do you even give fake promises ?.Passengers make bus pass, only to wait depressed in the bus stop, and then resort to alternate transport facilities? I had to go for an auto paying 6 times the bus fare.
Your team conducts BMTC bus strike for your needs right. So, isnt it by virtue of courtesy that you too function properly?
Infact few months ago, the bus had arrived early wrt time mentioned in the app, and a woman who was running to board the bus. the bus moves leaving her behind. she boards an auto and overtakes the bus and stops it, and questions the bus driver. Result : Only verbal hauling of abuses to each other.
Also, why are there lots of G3 buses? This question has been raised in many forums, but unanswered always. G4 bus is very very rare, and always crowded. G3 bus is very very frequent, and handful of people only.
Dont you think you should balance out?
With all due respect !!
Regards,
Troubled Passenger
