[Resolved]  Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — lost my bag

I boarded the bus from ecospace to marathalli bridge.when i got down at marathalli i realised i have left the bag in bus i called the helpline no and they gave me depot 29 after providing vehicle no number they asked to whatsapp the ticket i did that i asked can they contact the driver depot guy told me they cant contact the driver and told me to call around 7 pm. When i called they told to call after 30 minutes no sense o[censored]rgency and also in between there were not responding to my call.
Finally i got the call from depot after continuously following up with helpline number and whatsapp And told me they couldnt find the bag (already knew that) and cut the call within seconds.
I know it was my mistake but still they can be polite and can act like a civilized person not like a goon..pathetic service and also whenever i travel they dont return the change (khule paise) not everyone.
I know i wont make a change but still posting it.
