Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — No employee at Seetharampalya metro during peak hours

As metro is for people, but people working at metro Seetharampalya are just taking salary without giving duty
1. Always one person at ticket counter
2. More than 3 ticket counters are there (which is constructed simply)
3. During peak hours that one person from ticket counter goes for breakfast or break
4. People had to borrow tickets from customer care counter after bag and security check
5. How will the layman able to use such facilities if
such is the case
6. When questioned there are more than 3 ticket counters where are the employees who give ticket they are trying to convince public saying person has gone for break
People like me will raise voice but there are many who doesn't so consider this on behalf of all who are baring in respective of paying heavy taxes to government
Thanks
