I m new to Bangalore city, I visited my friends in Mantri square and heading back to my pg (which is located at Peenya). I gave 50 rupees and asked for metro to Peenya, the staff gave me two coins. Since I m new to metro. I thought it was supposed give 1 at each station and there i found that people were scanning and did the same, then I thought staff had mistakenly given me two. Moving on, in peenya metro station metro gate. The token didn’t work, the staff asked me to pay 3 rupees to pass. I questioned them why, there were two woman and one man. This man came out of the cabin asked me if I was drunk. I got offended and asked him to take a drug test. He started screaming and swearing in Kannada and told me “You ugly ### had come to work here, you don’t tell me what to do”. Then I told I’ll pay the amount and told him not to speak like this, he again said “boli maga beverse” (it is a bad word in Kannada). Then, when I asked for his name, he pulled out the phone and started taking pictures of me. I request you to kindly go through the security footage and take action against that man. I assure you that, I’ll give my full cooperation against this.

    The bus KA 01 F- 8972 which advances from Sidedahalli to Jallahalli cross did not provide a stop at the 5th cross Vishveshwariya layout which is a designated bus stop on 12th December 2023 at 9:30am, when questioned about this we were met with harsh replies from the driver.
    Kindly make sure this type of incidents are not repeated again as this causes a lot of inconvenience to the common people.

      Address: 5th Cross Vishveshwariya layout

        The bus was not stopped on the bus stop and even refused to open door even at front of bus stop wn they were stuck at traffic and also rude behavior my conductor and driver to passengers. As there are very few buses to shivkote and have to wait for atleast 45 mins after each bus and upon all these, this driver and conductor shows this kind of behavior. Hence I kindly request to increase the buses to shivkote and also take strict action on that driver and conductor.

          Address: 500 D - Hebbal to Silkboard bus - ORR route

          Bus number : KA 01 F-9097

          Elderly female with glasses was the conductor. Would scream and speak rudely. Everyone in the bus is tired and exhausted from travelling to and fro long distances. I understand being a conductor is hard, but why ruin our days too? I've taken this bus most days in the last two months. It's the same case each time. Screaming and speaking rudely, getting involved in petty arguments with other passengers.

            Their is lot of shortage of buses, i have to simply waste at least 30 minutes just for waiting bus from corporation to Sanjay Gandhi and from jayanagar 4 th block to Richmond circle, ,
            Kindly look into this and provide more buses for this routes

              Hi Team,

              I was waiting for g4 bus yesterday (nov 8 2023) from 8:20 pm till 10:10 pm at gurrappanapalya, not even one g4 service showed up. As per the timetable 3 buses should come during the window i was waiting. Finally i took an auto and have to reach brigade road.

              There is no proper bus connectivity from gurrappanapalya to jp nagar, jayanagar, indira nagar metro stations. We need to walk or catch buses till jayadeva or dairy circle and get buses from there. Many IT employees are facing this issue who are working at Subramanya aarcade bannerghatta road.

              Please increase the g4 services, also make sure g4 services operate as per the bmtc schedule.

              I also request to have metro feeders from bannerghatta road.

                Hi Team
                I have traveled today around 430 pm from KR p u ram bangalore to verannapalya. Bus number 500.
                KA57F3698.
                the driver of the bus spoke abusive and was also claiming to physically assault me in case I didn't keep at my place.
                The driver was at fault and entire passengers are also aware of this.
                Driver claimed bus is his and would do as he wishes.
                Please take necessary action against such rude and abusive drivers

                  From majestic to hoskur gate has been charged 45 rs for the ticket.
                  Where as the ticket price is 40

                    I have lost my gold bracelet on[protected] and I suspect it's lost in metro feeder bus service which comes from silk board to kr pura (bus number: KA01FA2016), the bus came at around 9:20 pm at ecospace bus stop that day from silk board, I just want to know if my bracelet is found and if answer is yes how can I get it back

                      KA-57 F-5186. I was waiting in bus stop, the bus driver and conductor dint stop in front of the bus stop but stopped a bit far from the stop and when I got into the bus the driver and conductor are shouting to show hand to stop the bus. What is the need of bus stops if every commuter has to show hand to stop the bus. Driver and conductor are abusing me with bad words that i dint show hand to stop the bus.

                        Today I had traveled in bmtc with my friend from Jalahalli Cross to Yalahanka old town in 401A bus. Bus number plate is unknown to me as I have lost my ticket also which was kept in the wallet itself. Bus conductor was a lady conductor and time and date of the travel is,
                        Date : 25/10/2023
                        Time : 7.50am to 8.40am (got into bus around 7.50am and got down at Yelahanka around 8.30).
                        During this travel journey I have lost my wallet which contains cash amount of 1200 Rs., Driving license, and Debit card with some more documents in it.
                        Wallet color : Black (Levi's)
                        Driving license name : Prasanna Subhedar
                        Please file my complaint with above mentioned details, and please let me know if lost wallet is found.

                          I have sent mail two times and I do get a response but the issue is still endless in Nagawara Bridge and signal. Passengers safety is at risk. Please look into it seriously as passengers are suffering.

                            HI G4 service is very bad. the kids going to christ college have to wait for hours together to get this bus. besides G3 does not allow the pass becasue the route is mentioned as Adugodi
                            i kindly request you to ensure there is proper service on this route sepcially during college hours because the children have to wait for hours together. Nobody is bothered about this.
                            BMTC G4 service is MENTIONED AS EVERY 10 MINS BETWEEN BRIGADE ROAD AND BANNERGHATTA AND BACK. HARDLY ANY BUSSES. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.

                              Requesting to increase the frequency of 500F & 500CA BMTC buses, route from Kadugodi to Silkboard in the morning and from Silkboard to Kadugodi in the afternoon.
                              People have to wait minimum half an hour sometimes even 1 hour to get 500F buses especially in the afternoon.
                              Add more number of 500F/500CA buses as there are lot many people who are commuting to office and will have to wait for long time waiting to get BMTC buses and reach office on time with heavy traffic during peak hours.

                              Include the frequency of BMTC buses just as how frequent is 500F & 500CA Volvo buses.

                                Hello, Requesting the BMTC corporation to improve frequency of buses from kr puram to baiyappanahalli during 10:00-10:45Pm (night)
                                a lot of commuters face issue with lack of buses towards baiyappanahalli No Feeder Buses availability at that time please look into this issue and help commuters face this problems since the metro is yet to begin

                                        BUS NUMBER KA 57 F0743 dated[protected].
                                        Near Embassy golf links Indiranagar.
                                        I, a college going girl faced a very uncomfortable situation with this bus conductor. He used abusive language with me and spoke in a very uncultured manner, addressing me in singular and calling me names and even threatened to get me thrown out just because I refused to let him walk away with my cell phone on a crowded bus.
