Today third incident Bus No: KA 57-F 3095

I have sent mail two times and I do get a response but the issue is still endless in Nagawara Bridge and signal. Passengers safety is at risk. Please look into it seriously as passengers are suffering....

HI G4 service is very bad. the kids going to christ college have to wait for hours together to get this bus. besides G3 does not allow the pass becasue the route is mentioned as Adugodi
i kindly request you to ensure there is proper service on this route sepcially during college hours because the children have to wait for hours together. Nobody is bothered about this.
BMTC G4 service is MENTIONED AS EVERY 10 MINS BETWEEN BRIGADE...

Requesting to increase the frequency of 500F & 500CA BMTC buses, route from Kadugodi to Silkboard in the morning and from Silkboard to Kadugodi in the afternoon.
People have to wait minimum half an hour sometimes even 1 hour to get 500F buses especially in the afternoon.
Add more number of 500F/500CA buses as there are lot many people who are commuting to office and will have to wait for long time waiting to get BMTC buses...

I have applied students bus pass online on[protected] till date it is pending for verification. Institution approved next day . What is use of online pass it was better manually pass was Faster then online we use to get across the countr immediately. The concern authority please note that it faster then manual. I'm working in whitefield. I daily commute from attibele. For an attibele bus in Hosekote to attibele route, in the evenings after 4pm till 7 to 8pm, we need to wait for an hour or more. Even after long waiting we get fully crowded buses. We have to travel for about 2hours to reach attibele. It's really hard especially after announcing free tickets for women. Please increase the bus frequency and find some alternative routes to skip varthur...

Being a fashion designing student, I have to carry big scissors for cutting fabrics and stitching. Initially metro security didn’t allow me to carry it. That was understandable. So I took a decision to carry a smaller scissor that is 20cm in length which is incredibly smaller than fabric cutting scissors. They didn’t allow me today to carry even that. My brother's phone, was stolen around 11:00 am on July 15th 2023, on a 342F bound for Majestic. He could not note the bus number. He got down from the bus at Christ College and then noticed that it was missing. It's a black Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 with a black cover. When we call the number it seems to be switched off, so we suspect that it has been stolen.
