Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — Not allowing students to use student pass

I am dental student & took new pass in February only by paying ₹1600 in which expiry date was mentioned as 31st August of this year which is already too much to pay for such small duration.Then later old pass was extended entire March. Despite of paying so much we could not travel in BMTC bus peacefully. In April, bus strike started which extended for almost 2 weeks in which we were in severe trouble to travel to serve patients in dental college. After tht lockdown happened for 2 months due to corona. After the unlock, our college has started to serve the patients . So we were supposed to go & help out patients with their problems. But bmtc buses were delayed by 1 week due to govt orders in which also we students had to suffer again. Now when buses are unlocked conductors are not letting us use bus pass & travel. They are asking us to pay to travel or get down from the bus. So what is the use o[censored]s paying so much money for bus pass this year. So I kindly request govt to refund the money for tht pass & take ur pass back. Then we wll pay for ticket & travel in bus. It is of such stupidity to pay money for pass & pay for ticket. Conductors give a lame reason tht college is not started so they won't let us travel.We are not mad to just roam around in buses just to use it I'm this worse pandemic time.We don't have any treasure with us to spend so much money for ur stupid decision which is made each & every day. Or else do extend the pass duration & do inform all conductor to allow student pass for travelling in bus. So kindly solve this dispute as soon as possible.
