This is to bring to your attention of what seems to be a unresolvable issue for the BWSSB. We have three water meters, 2 of them have ECS while for the third one..even though ECS application was sent and repeated visits to office and assurances that it will get activated has failed!! Now in such a scenario how is BWSSB going to help us. Kindly respond.

BWSSB is charging us additional amount monthly for Rainwater harvesting, which is strange ..In our colony only we are getting charged on this.. They did not provide any notice on this..After we consulting BWSSB Vijaya Bank Layout, we were told to Submit Service Certificate of BESCOM, which we have submmitted.. Not sure when they will update tthis .Account ID/RR No:S10H22138.. They have charged me Rs900 how can i recover the amount, .

I am writing to bring attention to the ongoing challenges we are facing with our water supply. My RR number is E-317316. Despite continuous efforts, I find it necessary to file a complaint regarding the unresponsive behavior of AE Anand Sajjan, whom I have been in contact with for over two years. Despite regular calls, our water situation has not seen any significant improvement.

As per the schedule, our locality is supposed to receive Cauvery water on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Unfortunately, we only receive water on Tuesdays, and that too for a limited two-hour period with very low pressure. Notably, our water bill has not exceeded Rs. 100 for the past couple of years. Despite numerous complaints and follow-ups with Jayaram, the chairman of BWSSB, a solution was provided by laying a separate borewell line and connecting it to our houses. However, the recent claim by the lineman that the borewell has gone dry raises concerns, which I find hard to believe.

I am requesting BWSSB to ensure an adequate water supply, with a minimum of 600 litres per household per day. Currently, it seems we are receiving only a fraction of that amount per week. The residents of our layout are becoming increasingly frustrated with the inadequate water supply. Furthermore, it is disheartening to observe excess water being supplied to Kowdenahalli, situated on the opposite side of the main road from our layout.

I sincerely hope BWSSB takes the necessary measures to distribute water more equitably among all households in our area. Your attention to this matter is highly appreciated.

I am submitting this complaint against the House owner at
Ist main road, Prakruthi Layout - 7th Cross, HBR layout, Hennur, Bangalore -560043, Classic wash Building

Person is illegally selling water in tanker lorries (24x7) from his residential borewell . This is completely draining out the entire Prakrithi Lay out - 7th cross area. None of the houses are getting ground water . Request you to kindly stay this water selling . Every day and night water is drained out from the area . Please stop this asap,

This request is regarding drainage block in our cross frequently once in 2 months at least drainage vehicle comes to clean it i asked the person who came to clean it he told drainage pipes are not placed properly so that the drainage water is not flowing correctly we need to replace it only then the issue will be solved kindly look in to this matter and help us

While linking my PID number i have specifically have taken option of rectifying the spelling mistake according to my BBMP records. Still it is not being done. In your records it is shown as B.VISWESH WARA. Please rectify it to BVISWESWARA. please do the needfull and oblige.

Am Shamshiya Banu receiding in #37/39 7th B main road Old Gurappana Palya BTM 1st stage.We are facing Cauvery water issue from past 3 weeks like this before also we have faced the problem for 1.5 year, the Owner of this building has given the complaint in Water tank office 9th main btm layout 2nd stage and the problem had solved for past 4 months, now again back from 3 weeks same issue has started, slow supply of water in sump tank only.
Sir i kindly request you to please look into this water issue problem, and please assist me furthur what action should i take.

There is an overflow of sanitary pipe of one of my neighbour which is leading to the water flowing to the kalve beside my house This is causing the increase in insect and intolerable pungent smell Multiple complaints have been raised last year but the authorities just visit the scene and do not provide any resolution Either get the leakage stoped and clean the kalve pr please cover the kalve with slabs This has been a repetitive issue
A complaint has been raised on the BWSSB a week aga on their website and no resolution is been provided till date BWSSB[protected].
The overflow is causing insects outburst and increased pungent smell.

I have a constant issue of silt deposition into my chamber from the main line of BWssb. I filed several complaint asking for desilting the line
But the line men become aggressive and constantly argue and leave it half attended.

Now my sump is seeping with drainage water.

I cannot fight any longer. Needs guidance and support

Thus is to bring to your notice that we are residents in a apartment by name TropicalDwellings on 1st main veerabhadranagar main road Basavanagar Bangalore 560037..( Talakaveri lay out HAL)

We have been getting hardly @ 500 ltrs water in a week .I.e on Saturday night after 8- 9 pm.only after all the residents sump are filled and by the tome we receive the water stops.
After lot of logger heads with the line man shankar, we finally approached the new engineer Mr MD Mudhasar who was very gentle and humble and after listening to our problems ...he directed the contractor to place another valve and keeping the present valve open all time for the water to flow. But after the work the line man has closed the valve and we have not received any water this week.
The adjacent cross and houses start getting water from 10 in the morning on Saturday. But even at 6.30pm in evening we have not got 1 ltr also.
We request you to kindly look into this practice of supplying water only to those house who have adjustment with the line man.
Kindly erect new valves to the cross road yo avoid the water flow due to downward roads and remove the valve which is closed by the line man everytime and water is stooped from moving forward

In a residential layout, 4th T Block, BSK 6th stage, ganigarapalya borewells are being digged for commercial purpose

We are getting contaminated cauvery water in the apartment and hence, we have stopped using cauvery water since a month.
(1) However, we have been charged the default amount of 7980 rs/- and we want these charges to be reversed .
(2) Also, please rectify the cauvery water contamination

Our building, Premier Villa is on the main NEW BEL road. The sewage has been overflowing since 4-5 months. we have tried all repairs through BWSSB and private agency, but it has not stopped. As per our information it is a main pipeline blockage/damage on the road. A request to break the road has been raised by BWSSB on BBMP, but there has been no progress. This is a serious health hazard and stench is terrible. It is also a breeding ground for mosquitoes and large rats.

Please take necessary action ASAP to repair the above sewage pipeline.

Sewage Water overflow In front of RS Palace and it seems that Sewage pipe connection to chamber blocked / broken and overflowing on road. Too much bad smell spreading in the road. We request the authorities to kindly take action on this.
