The sewerage pipe on the main road in 2nd Cross is blocked, the chamber and pipe underneath the road needs to be cleaned.

This is causing chamber blockage for our building

Regarding above description in our building bwssb has given only sanitary connection and water connection has not been given till date nor water meter is fixed.
But Bill is generated on the higher side Rs. 6559.
Kindly waive off the bill. Kindly inspect the spot if needed.
I am entitled to pay the charges only after the water connection is given.
Please do the needful.

As I have seen the bill from this house never exceeds more than 350Rs which is highly impossible as this house 2 Floors and water usage is also more as they regularly waste the water by cleaning the vehicles.
I have also heard the owner giving suggestions to install a double connection to get less bill (one pipe from the meter and the other directly).
Please do the need .

We have been facing frequent UGD blockages, and despite temporary solutions, the issue persists. We kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and request the necessary repairs or installation of a new sewage line to prevent further inconvenience.

There is water stagnation and water leak in storm water drain on 6th main, 13th cross, Malleswaram, Bangalore 560003 in front of Sudha Sadan and Aarathi Apartments due to which there is a smell coming from the car parking gates. Kindly look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible.

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter o[censored]tmost concern for our neighborhood. There is an ongoing and persistent issue of illegal groundwater extraction in our area, which is causing significant harm to the residents of our neighborhood. (Address: Nri layout, Rammamurth Nagar, 2nd phase, 8th main, Banglore 560016)

I have personally witnessed the drilling and pumping of groundwater, and it is clear that these activities are being carried out without the necessary permits and in direct violation of environmental regulations. These actions have led to the depletion of the groundwater around in our neighborhood and we are now forced to buy water from these mafias.

Moreover, they have created a huge water-pool where they are constantly storing, extracting water, and selling it to tankers. One can witness more than 20+ tankers buying water from these sources.

I kindly request that your organization take immediate and decisive action to investigate and rectify this illegal activity. This may include enforcement actions, fines, and penalties against those responsible.

I am more than willing to provide any additional information or assistance that may be required in your investigation. Please keep me informed of the progress in addressing this matter and the actions taken to curb illegal groundwater extraction.

House No. 370 sewerage water has come in the reverse direction from sewerage manhole into the house line at No. 370, 16th cross, V phase, JP nagar, Bangalore 560078 giving dirty smell to the neighbouring houses

Every month water man entering wrong meter reading with out physically checking and more bill amount the, the meter reading in the bill is different and actual meter reading is different.Just for the sake of putting some numbers on the bill they are entering what ever reading they want.There is no match at all.The number of liters of water put in the bill is always double the amount of what actually spent.This is a repeated mistake since 6 months.

We are residents of BEML layout 6th stage, thubarahalli. As we have sevewre shortage of cauvery water supply, we are depending on water tankers. In due course we have booked the water tanker from bwssb office on Aug30, 2023 by paying challan of 540/- . from that day onwards we are calling the Tanker Driver, but the response is not there, some time he pickup the phone and will tell will come tomorrow, till date some many tomorrows went but he has not turnedup. Till now we have not received the water tanker. Kindly help in this regard.

Last 10 days we not get domestic water

I have received Bill No.N[protected] for Rs21152/- and it is mentioned as CMC BOREWELL in the bill. Bill is attached with this complaint. I do not have any bore well in my residence. The bill should be cancelled.

Water in our lane is not coming since 3 months and we are really struggling without water in our area. I have given multiple complaints to water man but there is no update on this yet. Appreciate your quick help on this .

There has been a main sewerage line jam for the last 3 weeks. Still, no one took action for the same. Please take the necessary action on this and resolve the problem.

Sanitary pipes are blocked

Dear Sir,
My water RR number is E-318878.
We don't use kaveri water at my place infact we have closed the wall itself.
Bt still we get high bill for water
Can u plz look into this what is the exact issue.i request you to please resolve this issue as soon as possible as we stay in this rented house and we r forced to pay for the bill which we r not using at all, or help us in disconnecting the kaveri water connection itself so we don't get any bill for it please

We are not able to collect any water.
Very less and slow water is being sent to us from past 3 weeks.
Kindly increase the time for which water is sent and please make a borewell in our lane.
Please provide us with the basic necessity of water at the earliest.
