We are not able to collect any water.
Very less and slow water is being sent to us from past 3 weeks.
Kindly increase the time for which water is sent and please make a borewell in our lane.
Please provide us with the basic necessity of water at the earliest.

1. The house number on the bill reads as 63. The correct number is 62. An affidavit was submitted quite sometime ago but error not rectified.
2. The meter reading does not tally with that shown on the bill. Every month the quantity consumed remains the same.
3. An amount of Rs. 2625 is shown as other charges every month. It needs to be clarified as to why this charge is levied every month.

Usually the monthly bill is around Rs.610, however this time i have got a bill for Rs.5354 and the usage mentioned is 54000 litres which is not at all possible as we are only 2 people staying at this location along with a 2 year old kid.

Please check this on priority.

I am writing this to express my concern regarding the water shortage problem at my residence. in recent weeks I have noticed a significant decrease in water supply. the water supply is in alternate days and not daily. we have 2 houses in our building, and we we have very less usage of water and it's not lasting for a day.

Please urgently look into this issue.

We have a 3 story building in kalidasa layout circle, Srinagar. Three 2BHK house and 1 bachelor room. The water supply is very insufficient as we are barely able to complete One day's chores with the alternative days of water supply. To be exact, its been a constant problem regarding this insufficient supply of water since 6-7 months. Kindly do the needful

When the 22nd Cross Main road of Vigna Nagar was asphalted during the month of May-2023, over the manholes o[censored]nderground sewage water pipeline also asphalted. After that BBMP drainage clearing team members not at all cleaned the manholes till this date. Because of that sewage water from house cannot drain out to the main l
road line as the main line is fully blocked without weekly cleaning by the BBMP sewerage cleaning team members.
Regarding this already we have given a complaint through the BBMP website on 15th August, 2023 vide complaint No BWSSB[protected]. But without actually rectifying the complaint, they have immediately closed it on the same day itself.
Till today, 02.09.2023. the sewage water blockage is not yet rectified & the sewage water from the house cannot drain out to the mainline. Please rectify this issue urgently.

Kaveri water is not being supplied correctly in our area, we have complained on the same many time to water supplier and the engineer but there is no action taken on this. So, I kindly request to please take a quick action and resolve our problem.

I am writing to follow up on a complaint that was lodged on April 18, 2023, regarding the persistent water shortage issue in our area, Swanthra Nagar, Ayyappa Nagar, Krishnarajapuram, Bangalore. Despite our best efforts, we have not received a satisfactory response or seen any improvement in the situation. The lack of water supply continues to disrupt our daily lives, and the gravity of the situation demands urgent attention.

As residents of Swanthra Nagar, Ayyappa Nagar, Krishnarajapuram, Bangalore, we rely on the BWSSB for a consistent and reliable water supply to meet our basic needs. The water shortage has caused significant hardships, impacting our ability to cook, clean, maintain personal hygiene, and carry out essential household tasks. We have previously reached out to the water line man in our vicinity, but the response we received was unhelpful and dismissive, directing us to the head office without providing any constructive assistance.

We understand that the BWSSB may face challenges in managing water supply, but the lack of proper communication and effective resolution measures is disheartening. We are concerned not only for our immediate well-being but also for the long-term impact on the health and livelihoods of the residents.

In light of the urgency of the situation, we once again request your immediate intervention to address and rectify this ongoing issue. We kindly ask you to take the following actions:

Review the complaint filed on April 18, 2023, and the lack of response or action taken.
Conduct a thorough investigation into the root causes of the water shortage in our area.
Implement immediate and effective measures to restore a consistent water supply to our community.
Establish a proper communication channel to address residents' concerns in a timely and responsible manner.
We strongly urge you to prioritize this matter and take swift action to alleviate the hardships we are facing due to the water shortage. Our community deserves access to clean and reliable water, and we implore you to fulfill your responsibility to the residents.

We had requested to cancel the BWSSB water connection at HBR sub division office and surrendered the water meter in Dec 2020, however BWSSB has not processed the cancellation request on their billing system until Oct 2022,

For which they have been billing for the service which they didn't provide and without issuing a physical bill.

Now post 3 years now they are issuing a bulk bill over Rs 10000 stating arears and AEE does not want listen to our complaint because he was not official in charge when initial cancellation request was made in DEC 2020. He has been harrasing us and states I have no other option and have pay bill

The meter reader for taking reading and generating water bill never visits our premises on the stipulated date. Our RR No. is W 2201278/smv. The due date is 9th of every month. Today it is 12th of August. He is yet to visit our premises. My address is No.478 Yamuna Road, Sir M V Layout 8th block Bengaluru 650091. Action needs to be taken to generate bill on due date

Since 3 years we at no. L3 and L4 sector 11, 10th main, jeevan Bimanagar main Road, Jeevan Bimanagar, Bangalore 560075 are getting drinking water contaminated with sewage. As such all along we are depending on tanker water., Which is very expensive. Inspite of repeated complaints the problem is not attended by the concerned engineer at Jeevan Bimanagar subdivision. Will please any body concerned look into the matter and help us.

The water supply in Murugeshpalya is so less that we are buying tanker water.
The water comes alternate days only for 2 hrs and the pressure is less too.

Water is getting wasted in road, when informed to officials they say its your line and you need to get it repaired
Is this fair, Should residents go and get pipes repaired anywhere in road also?
Many people like bescom come and dig roads due to laying of pipes

The Banaswadi / Kasturi nagar pump house that is to release water to this area Chikkabanaswadi Munniveeramma layout is not regular, we have not received water in 4 days every single week this happens and when they release water also it comes for 30-40 mins with no flow ar all so we barely get half a tank of water. If you call to raise a complaint none of the numbers work and there is no help
