I've paid Kaveri Water bill (Apr-2015 / E[protected] for amount Rs.940 through NET BANKING ON[protected] and the amount got deducted from my bank. But on BWSSB website it is showing as NOT PAID. For the past 6 Months we are been getting billed for 50-60, 000 litres of water, whereas our consumption doesnt cross even 20, 000 litres. The reason being we have a Bore-well which is also registered and we draw water from the Bore-well everyday and once in a week or once in 15 days we use Cauvery water which has been stored in our Sump. We went to register our complaint more than 3 times, but all the times we were sent back with a reason...

I approaced BWSSB bill payment centre at PES College, Hanumanthnagar, Bangalore area for payment of my water bill. To my surprise, when ever I approach the centre for bill payment, the concerned person at the centre refuses to accept the cheques for payment of the water bill. Dear Sir, I wanted to bring to your notice that even though the duration of water is been supplied for 3 hours, the pressure reduces after 1 hour of supply and I strongly suspect it may be due to few houses who are drawing water with motor being connected directly to the water meter which is an offence. This has put us in acute scarcity of water. Request you to kindly look into the matter....

Few houses has been supplying water from its borewell to water tankers for commercial distribution. I believe this commercial utilization of a residential borewell is against the law. The house has conspicuously placed pipes for easy tanker filling. The owner of the building has been providing water to as many as 20 - 30 tankers every day also traffic jams because of water tankers. This is causing rapid depletion of the groundwater level...

The water is supplied 10 days once from layout borewells that too on complaints to 22238888. till Dec 24 the bills were ok and FEB 25 onwards the bill is getting doubled every month now recent Bill received is Rs.4049/- Only three persons living in the building and it shows 83000 litres of water used ...our maximum bill was 500/- now how is it 4049/- ??? I have submitted a written complaint but of no use. No person has visited nor given any solution they are telling to pay the bill within due date when we have not used that much of water why should we pay??? please look into the matter
