[Resolved] Bank Of Baroda — unable to receive the refund | |||
I have placed an order on the 9th of April 2019 for a mobile phone. Flipkart has refunded the whole amount on the 10th of April 2019. Here are my refund details provided by Flipkart as I talked to them regarding the refund. Refund date and time: 10 Apr 19, 05:23 AM Bank transaction ID: 5548173536126180304079 Authorization code: 081231 Payment mode: BOBARODA Debit Card But my bank that is Bank Of Baroda has not credited that amount on my account. They have not been reachable through the phone contact number. They are always busy whenever I call them. They have told that I will receive the amount in 14 working days. I have been waiting for for so long. Now I have reached the stage of anger and sadness. I need that my voice should be heard and I need a resolution for my problem as well as my money back. My name is Shrawan Singh and My bank of Baroda account number is [protected] in this account money deducted 100rs but not credited in Amazon pay balance and not got refund within15 days. I have transaction on 14/04/19 at 10:18pm. So i feel charge dispute form. So please provide my money back.
