I am using boi csp point but it does not work properly when i started csp poin at that time money tranfer wast upto 20000/- in (4time)
now its getting me (2time)10000*10000 deposit
In Withdrawal Every times said that UID token in prosses, transitions not perminet to card holder, (Every time I have go to the bank nd need to verify to the Admin Sir For The Hcrmdemo) i always needed go to the bank
BOI and TCS gives us 36servies but the fact.is that only max 5 servies is started NICT only Forced for target only they don't think that AC opening also need to verified if the admin is free then also not verifing our bc Account because they need to modified the same prosses with bc nd in the bank
IMPS work as under 5000/- only transitions
NEFT work as under 5000/- only transitions
Mobile Number also not working
UID Mapping Also work but we need to verified at bank
then Why should biometric authentication system is there in this all serves ?
IN the morning daily banking hours time daily server is down for 2hours
and the nict only want targets
lots of complains there. i canot explan it

Hii, this is priyanka devnani, an account holder in bank of india indore sneh nagar brannch, i have initiated an international trasaction around a month ago, we are done with the formalities also, but the transaction is still not reflected in the account, please do the needful, as we have tried to contact but the branch has stopped responding to the mails and calls as well. i am providing my contact for any futher assitance.

My refund of money of two mobiles from Flipkart hasn't come in my account.Ihad done payment from my debit card ending 4 digits 2367.but I had cancelled that orders which they send back through my debit card, but the refund has not come in my account till today.they send it on 23 Rd oct2023 .The reference no is PZT[protected]HWB104

Cridit card RBL furud call lapty me taking no information but 1or 2assistant credit card any problem solved

I am Pradeep Kumar, son of Mahesh Prasad and a permanent resident of Isri Bazar, District- Giridih, Pin - 825167(Jharkhand). I have a savings account ([protected]) in the Bank of India, Isri Bazar, Giridih, Jharkhand branch, which I was using for the past 38 years. But since a few days ago my account has been closed. I have also approached the bank branch (Isri Bazar) but I wasn't provided with any satisfying answer also I have mailed them several times for the same to the zonal and head office.

I have submitted my KYC as per asked by the bank but my account is still not activated.

I request you to re-activate my savings account (Ac. No. - [protected]) as soon as possible.

Bank of India deducted NACH RTN charges Rs 295 This was also happened in Why Bank deducted these Charges while my account has sufficient balance both time. on 21st August 2 times cut the charges & 25th August again cut 295 charges

Without my permission, my account is debited Rs 20 towards Bima Premium.. who authorised this.....

I paid my daughters fees through college portal using internetbanking of bank of india. Neither did I get the money back nor did the college receive. I raised a complaint through customer care( very poor response) and local branch raised a request but I am yet to receive the amount. It's almost 6 days. My Home loan account number is [protected] and [protected]. My Home loan is being collected @ ROI 9.75% from more than one year whereas the ROI of my other friends in same branch is being collected at lower ROI. My CIBIL score is 775 since long time. In this context I had submitted an application to Branch manager 04 months ago but no action has been taken so far.
You are requested to look into the matter and adjust my Home loan interest rate considerably.

sms charge as i received sms

Bank of India people are making such unwanted recovery on my account

my bank deducted my money on 1st august and my emi is on 3rd august my emi is not bounced

my mi is not bounced but bank has deducted bounce charge

And who are you to care about me. i don't want my money back

I am the customer of BOI with account no.[protected].
Why the account is showing negative balance? If there is no balance in the account there should be no deduction from my account for non maintantance, same has been directed by RBI.
I have already blocked by debit card before 6 month and want to close my account.

Pls check and revert.

Yesterday 13/07/23 I withdraw ₹20000 from. Cheque in bank of india lokhandwala branch.
They gave me 1 counterfeit note of ₹500.
I notice that in evening when the bank is close and then today 14/07/23 early morning I go to that branch and told them about the counterfeit note but they are giving me Nusence answer and not talking to me properly Now they are refusing to take back that note..
And firstly there cash machine is also scanning that note which should not happen.
So i want to file a complaint against them.
If you help me out then it's okay otherwise I m going to file fir against them and then the bank will face problem..
